Founder & Operator
Cynthia Phifer started planning weddings and events in 1987 as a ministry offered by her church, In July of 1997 she received her degree in business Administration and in March of 2014 she received her CBA from Qualatex.
Feeling a niche with this service it was not long before she began decorating and creating decor with Balloons. In June of 2012 she stepped into business with the birthing of "Events Extravagant", expanding into so much more! From invitations, custom centerpieces, unique balloons, balloon columns, arches, candle centerpieces all the way to life-size balloon sculptures! With her eye for detail she will take your vision and bring it to life for your event. With her organization skills she will track every element of the event down to each critical detail.

Tracey Barnes, mother of two and grandmother of three. Loves spending time with family and creating unique designs to make any of your events special.
Tracey takes your Dreams and Visions and brings them to life by pouring her dedicated time and passion into every project.
Tracey has been doing projects for family and friends for years and became a partner of Events Extravagant in 2019.
With almost 20 years of Quality Assurance experience in her professional life Tracey utilizes her skills to provide customers with the best product and service possible. QUALITY FIRST is what she lives by.
She enjoys seeing her customers satisfied with complete happiness upon completion.
Kee'Ana Phifer
Administration/Events Assistant
Kee'Ana Phifer has been helping her mom, Cynthia Phifer, with events since she began. Kee'Ana officially began working with Events Extravagant in 2019, and now does Administration within the company, as well as Events. Her main goal is to please the client.

She did exactly as I asked and where I had left something out, she improvised with GREAT taste and style, keeping everything within the theme/tone of the wedding.
